Data Deletion Request

How to request deletion

Email reservation@mauibeachadventures.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”, or call 808-940-1014. Please include:

• The name and email address (or phone number) used for your booking or signup
• Your booking confirmation number, if you have one
• Whether you want all data deleted, or only marketing email removed

What we delete

• Booking contact details and rental history
• Marketing email subscription and any issued discount codes
• Website analytics records tied to your submissions

We may need to keep signed safety waivers and basic transaction records where required for legal or insurance recordkeeping. If that applies to your request, we will tell you what was kept and why.

Facebook and Instagram data

Our Facebook and Instagram integration is used only by our own staff to publish Maui Beach Adventures marketing posts to our own Page and account. If you are a staff member who connected an account and want the stored page/account identifiers and access tokens removed, email us with the subject “Remove Meta account connection” and we will disconnect the account and delete the stored tokens. You can also revoke access at any time in your Facebook settings under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.

Timing

We confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
